Any conduct of harassment or sexual exploitation will not be tolerated. Your service will be stopped and you will be asked to leave the premises. You will also be banned from scheduling any future appointments with our business.

Any client under the age of 18 who is receiving a waxing service to an intimate area (bikini, full bikini, or brazilian) must have a legal guardian present during time of service.

We kindly ask that the act of recording or engaging in video calls during your service is not performed as this may give false interpretation of other clients experiences, and the privacy of your Esthetician may be violated by releasing and/or sharing their image and/or voice.

We want your experience with Sublime Wax & Beauty Bar to meet your expectations and satisfaction. To ensure this, we ask that you examine the area waxed, or area where other services were performed prior to checking out. There are handheld and wall mirrors for your use. If you are not satisfied, please let the Esthetician who performed your service know.

We kindly ask that you arrive before or at your appointment time. We will honor a grace period of 7 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. While we understand emergencies arise and traffic can cause delays in arrival times; we may ask that you reschedule your appointment if your arrival will fall past the 7 minute grace period in order to prevent a delay in service to the next scheduled guest.

A no-show policy is an important aspect of any business that relies on appointments or reservations.

Our no-show policy is as follows: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled services to the card on file by the end of the business day or up to 14 days after the scheduled appointment if the card declines. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future services.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we are willing to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. However, we ask that clients provide us with as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

As soon as I walked in I was amazed at the marble flooring. I was warmly greeted by Kaylee, she happened to do my manzilian as well. She made me feel comfortable and you can tell she’s very knowledgeable. I absolutely love my wax and my first timer discount! It’s very affordable. I can’t forget to mention the convenience of the location, it’s extremely hard to find beauty bars in this area that wax men. I highly recommend this beauty bar!
